+For new members who have already signed a contract and are moving in at the regular time, your mailbox will be assigned to you at the start of the semester. For Spring 2026, this will be by the start of Week 2 (Mon, Feb 2).

It's impractical for us to sort through every non-resident who receives mail (and we don't necessarily have the space to do so), so if you are expecting for this situation to arise, please reach out to the Network Manager ahead of time so we can make sure this doesn't happen!!
